Emily Pechey has joined as a Research Manager from Cambridge Market Research, and Barbora Bute and Tom Roberts have joined as researchers on the company’s successful graduate scheme.
Pechey brings extensive experience of behaviour change research through her time at the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Public Health and Centre for Family Research. An experienced mixed-methods practitioner, she will play an important role in Blue Marble’s award-winning behaviour change work with clients in the utilities and FMCG sectors.
Bute joins after time at Traverse’s Response Unit, and after completing an MSc in Gender at the London School of Economics. Roberts joins after completing an MA in Politics at the University of Birmingham last year.
The Blue Marble team now includes 16 research staff, after strong growth since 2020.
Managing Director Tom Clarkson said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Emily, Barbora and Tom to our growing team. These are exciting times for Blue Marble: we are experiencing high demand from both longstanding and relatively new clients, who are asking us to work on important and fascinating briefs. We’re looking forward to watching Emily, Barbora and Tom thrive in our brilliant team.”
