Naomi’s formative years were spent at Ipsos MORI (under the direct tutelage of Bob Worcester) where she worked on large, often high profile government research programmes. There she handled sensitive policy agendas (e.g. National Curriculum, nuclear power) and the occasional distraction of a Secretary of State sitting in on her group discussions.  A Psychology graduate, with an MSc in Social Research Methods & Statistics, she also spent time at Bristol University as a Research Fellow and ran ‘Carers Voice’ a significant user participation project.

Naomi joined Blue Marble in 2008 bringing both her public sector experience to the agency and the sure-footing of her academic research background. She has since applied this experience to great effect across a wide range of private, public and not for profit clients. Specifically, she has developed our thinking on community research, ethnography/ revealed behaviour, and consumer psychology.
